Artist.Ventures acted as the Executive Producer for a project identified by two college students motivated to provide clarity for “the Art World”. Thus was born the Declassified podcast designed to provide clarity on roles in the art world and clarity on the mysterious nomenclature of the field.

Co-Founders Georgia Gardner and Parker Matthews interviewed 10 leaders: a gallery owner, an auction house leader, an artist foundation director, a journalist, a film-maker, a curator, an educator, an NFT platform CEO and a fine artist. The web-site (https://www.declassified-pod.com/) features a glossary of terms which come up in each episode to help the listener de-code the tribal language.

Having wrapped season 1, we will be looking at the expansion of Declassified for a second season.
